What you receive after each visit

1) “Arrived” notification

The companion taps Arrived in the app. You’re immediately notified.

2) Short video update

A quick video upload so you can see and hear how they’re doing.

Mood, appetite, hydration, and notes—delivered to your app & web dashboard.

Optional: During the visit, companions can help capture a grocery list and place an online delivery order (delivery fees paid separately to the merchant).

Billing policy

Non-refundable once scheduled

Plans are billed bi-weekly (2-week cycles). Visits can be rescheduled within the cycle with reasonable notice.

Exact reschedule windows can be defined in your service terms.

Weekday plan pricing uses a 7% per-tier per-visit discount starting from $129/week for 1x/week. Bi-weekly billing is calculated as weekly price × 2 and rounded to the nearest dollar.

Need more than a check-in? Add companion time for appointments, errands, and other non-medical assistance.

Doctor’s appointment companion

$100 / hour

Companion support from the time of arrival at home until return from the appointment. No medical advice or hands-on care—purely assistance and companionship.

Travel time is included in the hourly window. Any medical decisions remain with the patient and provider.

Errands & grocery companion

$100 / hour

Grocery store runs, simple errands, or helping coordinate delivery orders. Great for weekly household needs and reducing burden on family.

Merchandise, delivery fees, and tips are paid directly to the merchant/service.

Extended visit

+$50 / 30 min

Add extra time to any scheduled check-in for longer conversation, list-making, or coordination tasks.

Is DailyLoved medical care?

No. DailyLoved is a non-medical companionship and check-in service. Companions do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, medication administration, wound care, or clinical interventions.

Can you ask about medications?

We will ask questions like “Did you take your meds as prescribed today?” and record the person’s response, without handling medications or making recommendations.

What if something seems wrong during a visit?

You can define escalation rules (notify family, a neighbor, or an emergency contact). If an urgent emergency is suspected, the companion should follow your defined emergency protocol and local emergency guidance.

How do notifications work?

The companion taps “Arrived” in the app, triggering an immediate alert. After the visit, the video and questionnaire are uploaded, and you receive another notification when they’re available.
